It causes conflicts with xinput which causes issues in the accessories app and the game used steam input instead of native. Shut steam input off if you have an Xbox one or elite and beyond controller. Then it's translating the right stick into mouse movement and it never feels right. It's translating analog inputs (4 of them) into keyboard digital on/off inputs.
It's not as accurate because it can't be. I'd also run DDU or delete the Nvidia shader cache but DDU then driver install is actually faster. Clear windows temp files after updating the game but before running it too.
